I have been fortunate enough to work with kids professionally for over 25 years as a teacher, ESL instructor, and as a CASA advocate.

In that time, I have interacted with kids from all kinds of backgrounds, and seen first-hand the impact of their environments across the spectrum. Most kids have the huge benefit of loving parents and a safe home, but the grim reality is that some suffer from abusive households. But every child benefits from a positive, affirming message and that is exactly what I’m trying to deliver.

The look on kids’ faces when they realize that they are perfect and lovable just as they are is pure magic, and every child deserves that feeling.
